I didnt attend choir practise on saturday nor churchservice on sunday bcos i didnt want to see MrsWilliams.I’vemade up my mind not to tell her anything and i knewshewould ask me if she set her eyes on me.I didnt know i was only adding more petrol to a burningfire. Some choir members came again after service to checkonme, thinking i havnt recovered fully or not strong enoughtoattend service.Of course when i saw them,i pretendedto beweak still.Bode came later in d evening when everybody had left.He said “I knew u didnt come to church today bcs ofme, notbcs of ur health.U refuse to forgive me despite mypleas.Itold u its d work of d devil, pls let’s be doing as we usedtodo before..pls now”..He began to weep.I was moved with passion when i saw him weeping.Iwent tohim, gave him a gentle pat on d back, and said “Dt’sokay.Stop crying. It wasnt only ur fault, but mine too.Weboth need to ask God for forgiveness and make sure itdoesnt happen….”Before i could finish my sentence,he got up,held me nbegan to kiss me.Every attempt to rescue myself out ofhishand failed. At a time,i surrendered,andagain….Ithappened!.Before i could put myself together,Bode dressed up andran out of my room.I started weeping.“Lord,i’ve done it again.I disobeyed U.I didnt yield to dvoice of d Holyspirit.Whatwill i do now?”.For days,i was praying and weeping, asking God forforgiveness and what to do,i didnt hear anything as iheard it earlier. It was so obvious dt something waswrongwith me,as i was a shadow of myself.Even my dressingchanged,a 60yr old woman would dress better.Everybody was asking,”what’s wrong with u?.Hopethere’sno problem. Are u still sick?”.My usual answer was “No problem, all is well”..butwithinme,i knew nothing was well.I wasnt attending mid-week services also.I would prefertobe in my room, and be thinking.D thought dt botheredmemost was “Will God ever forgive me?.If d first one was a mistake, what about ds one?”.Mrs Williams called me one wednesday evening afterhavingprayer meeting in church.”Sis Sewa,i noticed u were notinchurch today for d prayer meeting, how are u?.Are u notokay yet?”.“I’m fine ma”.“Then, why have u been keeping urself away fromchurch?”.“Nothing ma.”“U’ve started again.Oh!.Dt reminds me,u promised totellme something d other day, will u come and see metomorrowafter school?. I will be waiting for u at d church office.”“What time ma?”“Let’s make it 4pm”.“Ok ma”.She hung up.My heart began to beat very fast. I could hear d sound. What will i say?. Maybe i should just cook up astory..but,whatif she knew it’s all lies. Oh myGod!..whatmess have i gotten myself into?. How will i get out of dsnow?.As i was pondering over ds,my phone rang.It was my dad.I picked it.What did he say?.We shall see in d next part.June 25 at 7:58pm·Public

Adekunle Gold Reveals How He Asked Zahra Buhari For Ideas On New Album
Adekunle Gold is getting set to release his first studio album aptly titled GOLD. The singer has since had a photoshoot with famed photographer TY Bello which we posted this morning.
Speaking on his album, he wrote on Social Media:
“When the thought to start working on album came, I was not sure what I wanted to call it. I prayed to God(as always) to give me a name.
I started talking to my friends to give me ideas. @miss_zbuhari and I were talking about the album title one evening and she mentioned “Gold” amongst many other names, but I dismissed the idea.I took my confusion to Twitter and asked friends to suggest a name. Almost everybody suggested “Gold”. Shame didn’t let me go back to Zahra to tell her I’m going with ‘Gold’ until weeks after. Lol.
I spoke to @tybello about my ideas for the album art. She told me she had gotten a revelation 2 days earlier, about Bazaleel of Exodus 31. She didn’t need to explain too much, because I fell in love with the idea almost immediately and started feeling like Bazaleel.
I had an amazing time working with @tybello. She’s phenomenal. I was thrilled that she loved the songs on the album, even though they weren’t finished. Thank you TY!
Stay tuned guys, more exciting news coming up”

Ricardo Quaresma scored in extra time as Portugal defeated Croatia 1-0 to advance to the quarterfinals at Euro 2016.
Ricardo Quaresma scored in extra time as Portugal defeated Croatia 1-0 to advance to the quarterfinals at Euro 2016.The game was a cagey affair in which neither team put a shot on target in regulation time and Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo did not line up a single attempt until setting up the game-winning goal.Croatia controlled the ball in the early stages but rarely pushed forward, and although Portugal gained a foothold after 15 minutes, they were equally tentative. The best chance of the first half came in the 25th minute after Ronaldo was fouled on the wing. Raphael Guerreiro sent in a well-placed cross from the free kick, but Pepe's powerful headersailed over the bar.Eight minutes later, Portugal defender Jose Fonte was whistledfor a foul -- and may have escaped with a stamp -- on Ivan Rakitic. Croatia then worked the ball for a corner, from which Mario Mandzukic sent a header well wide of the net.Croatia were livelier after half-time, though, and nearly took the lead on 52 minutes when Marcelo Brozovic barely missed getting a head to Ivan Strinic's dangerous cross, and Portugal put it out for a corner. The defence was caught napping, however, and as Croatia quickly took the corner, Brozovic's shot from 12 yards sailed off-target.Renato Sanches came on for Andre Gomes early in the second half and sparked some life into Portgual, lashing a 20-yard shotwide after a well-worked one-two with Joao Mario. After the hour-mark, Croatia had another opportunity from a free kick, but Darijo Srna headed wide and seemed to take the chance away from Mandzukic, who was well-positioned behind him.Portugal had a penalty shout in the 64th minute when Nani got in behind the Croatia defence and was kicked from behind by Strinic, but the ball had already gone out of play off the striker'sshoulder.Srna forced Pepe to make an acrobatic clearance in stoppage time, but the game headed to extra time without either team challenging the opposing goalkeeper. As the extra period began, Ivan Perisic tried to lob Portugal keeper Rui Patricio with a header, but it was too high.Kalinic then found himself in alone on goal after dispossessing Fonte, but his shot skewed closer to the corner flag than the goal.Portugal's half-chances mostly came from corners -- to no avail-- with Ronaldo particularly ineffective as he did not touch the ball at all in the first 15 minutes of extra time.In the second period, Croatia defender Domagoj Vida missed an open net with a clean header after Patricio had tripped following a corner.Perisic then brought the ball to the byline and a sliding Kalinic came within inches of tapping the ball in. Croatia then put another effort into the box and Perisic's off-balance header went off the bottom of the post. That's when Portugal broke on the counter-attack, Sanches carrying the ball forward before laying it off to Nani near the corner of the box. The striker took a touch and curled the ball across the box to an open Ronaldo, whose shot was saved. But the ball bounced up nicely for Quaresma, who could not miss with a header on the goal line, and Portugal took the lead against the run of play, breaking Croatian hearts.Portugal advance to face Poland in the quarterfinals in Marseille on Thurs
Poland edge Swiss on penalties
Poland reached the quarterfinals of Euro 2016 after beating Switzerland 5-4 in a penalty shoot-out on Saturday as Jakob Blaszczykowski proved again he has the midas touch.Borussia Dortmund winger Blaszczykowski gave Poland a first-half lead in the last-16 clash before Xherdan Shaqiri's spectacular second-half bicycle kick levelled for Switzerland. It finished 1-1 after normal time, and then extra time, at Saint-Etienne's Stade Geoffrey Guichard.Blaszczykowski, nicknamed 'Kuba', drilled home his spot kick in the shoot-out.Arsenal-bound Granit Xhaka was at fault as his wild kick flew wide with the Swiss' second effort as Poland nailed all five kicks. The result meant Poland preserve their record of never having lost in 18 games when Blaszczykowski has scored. The Poles will now play either Portugal or Croatia in a quarter-final in Marseille on Thursday. It was a historic occasion for both sides as neither had ever even reached the knockout stages of a Euro finals. But despite his success in converting in the penalty shootout, Robert Lewandowski, the top scorer in qualifying with 13 goals, remains without a regular goal in France. However the Bayern Munich striker constantly dropped back into midfield to run Poland's attack. The Poles dominated the first half, while the Swiss ruled the second.Poland squandered a gold-plated chance in the opening minute as a lazy pass from Swiss full-back Johan Djourou fell into Lewandowski's path. The star striker enticed Swiss goalkeeper Yann Sommer off his line, but Arkadiusz Milik fired over with the goal at his mercy. At the other end, Blerim Dzemaili, then Admir Mehmedi had chances for the Swiss before Fabian Schaer headed straight at Lukasz Fabianski. After creating their fair share of chances, Poland finally went ahead when Kamil Grosicki broke down the left from a Swiss corner. His pass found Blaszczykowski unmarked at the far post and theBorussia Dortmund winger drove his shot home on 39 minutes. The Swiss grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck as they hunted a second-half equaliser. They camped in the Poland half for long spells with the Poles' goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski under siege.Chasing the game and in a bid to boost their attacking options, Swiss coach Vladimir Petkovic switched to two strikers for the last 30 minutes. He put Breel Embolo on for attacking midfielder Blerim Dzemaili and the move paid off.A free-kick by Swiss dead-ball expert Ricardo Rodriguez was heading for the top right-hand corner until Fabianski's glove intervened with 15 minutes left.Swiss striker Haris Seferovic had his head in his hands when his shot hit the crossbar. But Shaqiri's brilliant left-footed effort, just inside the post in the 82nd minute, gave Fabianski no chance, as the Swiss drew level. When extra-time started, Swiss substitute Eren Derdiyok, who was playing in attack alongside Shaqiri twice tested Fabianski asthe Nati chased a winner.

Stella Damasus and Fans Exchange Words Over Dwayne Johnson (Photos)
There this ongoing war…debate…on instagram between Nollywood Actress, Stella Damasus and a fan.
It all started when Dwayne Douglas Johnson, ‘The Rock’ who is the crush of a lot of ladies, surprised Stella Damasus by replying her tweet.
Stella had gone to see the movie ‘Central Intelligence’ at the cinema which featured The Rock and Kelvin Hart.
After the movie she thanked The Rock for such a comic movie ,”Thank You Stella, Glad you and your family enjoyed the movie, keep doing your thing!” He replied.
Overwhelmed by the response, Stella took it to her Instagram and wrote . “Some celebrities are so amazing and human. I still can’t get over the fact that The Rock responds to everyone. I am totally star struck right now.”
A fan who didn’t feel pleased with the show-off clapped at Stella.
“Well, it’s for you Nigerian celebrities to emulate from them. Most of you snub even when a fan says something beautiful to you guys. They make fans feel like a fool and not that they don’t read the comments. The only time they respond is when a fan says something bad. Kate Henshaw is the only humble celeb i know that responds to her fan respectively” the fan wrote.
….and Stella swiftly responded:
“…Just because a few people have done something wrong doesn’t give anyone a right to say you Nigerian celebrities. Why do you keep following them on social media if you don’t like the way they behave? Check the list of the people you are following, 90% of them are African celebrities, yet you come here and condemn them. Haba.”

"We are stronger together than apart" Tyra Banks weighs in on the Supermodel war
in on the Supermodel warSupermodel and former America's Next Top Model host, Tyra Bankson Wednesday, shared her two cents on the 'supermodel war' that has been raging between past and present supermodels. Taking to her website, the 42-year-old media personality explains that she thinks the feud stems from how hard it was to be a supermodel before all the technological advances. Read her full post below.."Why do I feel in the middle? I’m a model that started my career in high fashion, that transitioned to the girl-next-door sexy Supermodel, and then created a modeling reality show that catapulted my career and personal brand further than I could have ever imagined. I’m not 100% couture, nor am I 100% TV star. So, yes, I exist in the middle. A sort of hybrid. There’s a level of poetic first-hand experience and understanding that I have and want to share about this escalating battle between Supermodels of the past and present.First, I want to speak to the original Supermodels… my sisters… my girls…We worked runways and shot magazine spreads together, schlepped to countless go-sees, used pay phones for on-the-go communication, and subways for transportation around the globe– no cell phones, Ubers or Lyfts around. Our GPS were huge, awkward maps in Italian and French that we pulled out when lostand scared. We started out by booking low-end work for janky magazines that no longer exist and walked in way too many showroom fashion shows at the local mall. And, after all that hard work, dedication, sacrifice, sidewalk pounding, map folding, metro riding, model apartment living… after all the blood, sweat, fears and floods of tears… we finally were bestowed with the coveted title of Supermodel!Fast forward to present day, and some of us are in a state of shock. We witness young girls on reality shows and super popular girls on social media now being called Supermodels and think, “WHAT?! It’s not fair! Is that kind of success even real?” I’ve gotta be blunt.Yes. IT IS REAL.There is insanely high demand for these girls from the public, andyes, from the intimidating, elusive fashion industry too. I know you’re thinking, “But HOW can the industry justify them? They didn’t sweat and SUFFER like I did!!!”But, I beg to differ.More on that in a moment. Now I speak to the new Supermodels…my sisters…my girls…I see you. You’re kicking ass, working hard, running from show to show, shoot to shoot and party to party (because you have to be seen and have a cool social media post that night because your followers are complaining you haven’t been posting enough lately). You’re driving yourself into exhaustion all while showing the world post by post that it looks so easy, when in reality, it is anything but. The pressure is ON. You have to be perfect but relatable, friendly yet intimidating, sexy but not too much or you’llget barraged with the capital ‘S’ word all over your feeds. You have to look put together all the time, not just on the catwalk but as you arrive backstage. The world is watching your every move, judging whether or not you have acceptable personal style. Oh goodness… it’s that time again. Time for another post on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Vine, Periscope, Facebook Live, Pinterest… all day, every day, all the time. There’s no real YOU time. You are THEM. Your followers. They want moreand more and more. You’re exhausted. But you love them. Adore them just as much as they adore you. You get home and want to crash but before you lay-me-down-to-sleep, you snap 12 goodnight pics, choose one and then share one…more…post.OneMoreTime.So, the controversial question remains:Are you a Supermodel?A REAL Supermodel. You’re on countless covers, rule all the campaigns, walk everyone’s runway, have top designers on speed dial and everyone knows your name.I think the answer is obvious.Don’t you?So, now that we’ve settled that score, let’s take a step back. My mom always tells me to imagine things from someone else’s perspective. In this case, it’s the Supermodels of the past’s perspective. The glamazons that may be having difficulty giving credit where credit is due.I ask you to empathize for a moment and to put on designer sunglasses tinted with her SPF – Supermodel Perspective Factor.Ok, here we go:Change is hard. And when you’re a legend, and have ruled the roost, it’s even harder. It can be frustrating, painful, and sometimes can leave one in disbelief.I’ll break it down further:Think about 30 years from now. You’ve hung up your catwalk stilettos and have an impressive digital archive of all your Supermodel achievements. Simply said, you’re retired. You’re in your 50s and suddenly witnessing a seismic shift in the modelingindustry. The fashion earth is shaking. There’s a new, young girl everyone is obsessing over that is the hottest thing the industry has seen since…you. She is beyond the “it” girl. She is THE girl. She’s a little odd though. She never showers. She never brushes her teeth. And doesn’t have to watchwhat she eats, nor exercise. Damn, she’s mind-blowing. A type of gorgeous the world has never seen. A kind of stunning that leaves people spellbound. Her name?RatavaSpell her name backwards and you’ll begin to understand what she’s made of. Your 50-year-old self is seeing this “person” livingthis extravagant life and the receiver of the public’s (and your teenaged daughter’s) obsessive adoration and you can’t help but think, “How dare she get all of this credit and shine. She doesn’t have to workout. She doesn’t have to stress. She doesn’t have to go go go until exhaustion makes her feel like she wants to faint. She doesn’t have to post and post and post and post. She doesn’teven have a PULSE!!!”But you my fellow, young Supermodel DO indeed have a pulse. You’re living and breathing, fighting and winning. And you deserve EVERYTHING that comes your way. Seeing you succeedmakes me feel SO DAMN GOOD! You are validating an industry I have dedicated the majority of my life to. I thought Supermodel-dom was over. I thought it was the end of an era. But then you appeared and made it mean something again. Selfishly, the pain, the struggle, the blood, sweat, fears and tears of past Supermodels is not in vain. We won’t die off like an endangered species. And that is thanks to…YOU.Yesterday’s “Trinity” is today’s #Squad. And what we all must remember is that we are stronger together than apart. I hope we can start to act like it. I’ve had enough pain from my modeling years in the past and seeing my sisters in conflict today brings back those gut-wrenching memories. So, let’s band together and unite. Please end the fight.#SupermodelSquadAnd we must open our arms even wider. The modeling industry isno longer an exclusive, unattainable club that few can access. Anyone can be a model! If you have social media accounts, you can pose and post away, build your followers and make cold hardmoney all while having lots of fun. The modeling world is now a democracy and we need to celebrate it, lean into it.#IGModelForceThe universe constantly changes and evolves, and will continue to do so until the end of time. It’s inevitable. And it’s beautiful.Just like all of you reading this right now.Eye See Your Beauty.Do you?Fierce & Love,Tyra

The Ogun State-owned Dauda Adegbenro Polytechnic, Itori, has uncovered an illegal study centre operated by some fraudsters, located in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
The Rector of the Polytechnic, Alfred Fatade, made the disclosure on Thursday when the management of the institution paid a courtesy call on leadership of Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ogun State Council in Abeokuta.
Mr. Fatade said the fraudsters were so audacious that they printed handbills and posters to deceive prospective applicants into seeking admission to the centre said to be with the approval of the Ogun State Government.

Ridiculous: See Zenith Bank Staff Kneeling to Beg Fayose. (Photos)
Governor Fayose has revealed that top management team of Zenith Bank Plc paid him a visit to beg him over the involvement of the bank in the funding of his election
– But the Zenith Bank team led by an executive director said they only came to see the governor
Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has revealed that top management team of Zenith Bank Plc on the evening of Thursday, June 23, came to beg him over the involvement of the bank in the funding of the June 21, 2014, governorship election in the state.
Their visit to Fayose followed a reported denial by the bank that it was not part of the funding of the election.

The Zenith Bank team was reportedly led by an executive director (ED), Sola Oladipo. It also had two zonal directors of the bank and the Ado-Ekiti branch manager.
Commenting on the development, Governor Fayose said the bank officials came to beg him over the issue.
“They were begging me and that the matter should not go beyond this level. I asked them why did they go to the EFCC to tell lies. Why did they have to lie that money came from the Office of the National Security Adviser? If the money is for me why did they have to link with me what is not,” he said in a news release circulated by his media aide.

But the ED said they only came to see the governor.
Asked whether the bank really dissociated itself from the claim by the governor that it was part of the funding of the election, Shola said the spokesman for the bank was not on the team and could not say anything.
The EFCC, on Monday, June 20, froze two personal accounts of the governor and one belonging to his company, Spotless Investments, in the course of its investigations into N4.7 billion Fayose allegedly received from the Office of the National Security Adviser during his election campaign in 2014.
Fayose has since denied receiving any money, claiming it was Zenith Bank that majorly funded his campaign.
